2004 Gretsch Champagne Sparkle Jet 1962 Reissue G6129T-1962. Features include double cut body, zero fret, neo classic "thumbnail" inlay position markers, Space Control bridge and Filtertrons. A real lightweight at 6 lbs. 9 oz. One tiny and inconsequential clear coat chip on the back edge of the body, else super clean condition with no wear of signs of use. Comes in the original Gretsch black tolex hardcase. A really tasty sparkle jet, and my current favourite. Great weight, cool looks and these Filtertrons are the business in the sounds dept. Looks much better in the flesh than it does in the photos. Gretsch don't seem to offer a champagne sparkle jet in their current range. So if this sweet guitar lights your fire, this is likely to be the only one around.
