1949 Rickenbacher Model B. Bakelite body and neck, white painted metal plates, chrome tailpiece, bakelite bridge and nut, three on a plate open-backed tuners with white plastic buttons, metal logo plate, volume and tone controls with 'flying saucer' bakelite knobs, 1 1/4" horseshoe pickup. The tuner buttons replaced, otherwise all original. The blade shaped logo plate is the 1949 feature. A few very minor and inconsequential marks, but overall in really clean condition. It's just had the buttons replaced and a general service and set up by Sydney's very own Mr.Piers Crocker, so playing very nicely with clean pots and excellent output and tone from the horseshoe pickup. Comes in the original tan tolex hardcase.
